定番の「揚げ出し」や素材の味が感じられる「オケだし豆腐」、そして湯葉を使った「湯葉餃子」や「刺身ゆば」など、どれもヘルシーな豆腐と湯葉のオールスターメニュー。どの料理も個性があり甲乙つけがたいが、なかでも湯葉を薄く細く切って出汁でいただく「湯葉そば」は絶品で、思わずおかわりしたくなる味わい。
The all-star menu of healthy tofu dishes such as the classic ‘agedashi dofu’ or ‘deep-fried tofu’, ‘oke-dashi dofu’, or ‘tofu freshly scooped out from the tub’ which has a rich taste of the ingredients, yuba dishes includes ‘yuba gyoza’ or ‘fried dumplings using tofu skin’ and ‘sashimi yuba’ or ‘raw tofu skin’ and many more. All of the dishes have their own unique character and it is hard to choose just one favorite dish, but ‘the yuba soba’ or ‘yuba noodles made from thinly sliced yuba and served in dashi broth’ is so superb that you may want another one.
