マルシェが盛んな真庭で、必ずと言っていいほど長蛇の列を作っているのが「moi」（モイ）さんのベーグル。自家製酵母と国産小麦を使用しており、外はカリッと、中はもっちりした味わいでラインナップも豊富。余計な添加物は使わず、素材の自然な風味を大切にしている。
A long-queue popular bakery where bagels are superb
Maniwa is such a place where you see marché quite often, and there is always a long queue for moi’s bagels. Using homemade yeast and homegrown (particularly in Japan) wheat, the bagels are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. In addition, there is a wide range of bagels available. The natural flavour of the ingredients is enhanced without using unnecessary additives.
