蕎麦:Soba (buckwheat) noodles restaurant
週末限定営業の蕎麦店。店主の山田さんが自家栽培したそば粉を使った手打ち蕎麦が特徴。香り高くコシのある蕎麦と、揚げたてのサクサク天ぷらが評判。天ざるそばや冷やしおろしそばなど、種類も豊富。店内は古民家風で、広い和室からは美しい庭園が眺められ、リラックスした雰囲気で食事が楽しめる。「皆が集う活気に満ちた場になるよう」心掛けて取り組んでいる。
Yamada soba restaurant opens only on weekends. The owner, Mr Yamada, uses home-grown buckwheat flour to make his handmade soba noodles. The aromatic firm and chewy soba noodles and freshly deep-fried crispy tempura taste incredible. They have a wide variety of soba in the menu, including ‘tenzaru soba’, which is a cold soba served with tempura and a thick sauce, and ‘hiyashi oroshi soba’, which is a cold soba served with grated daikon radish and a thick sauce. The restaurant looks like an old Japanese traditional house with a spacious room which commands a view of a beautiful Japanese garden. With such a view, you will enjoy a meal in the relaxing atmosphere.The restaurant is dedicated to providing a lively place where everyone can gather.
